We had the pleasure of hiring “Set the Bar” and the lovely Paula Marks for my husbands 60th Birthday celebration. We did have our party at home but there was a crew of over 60 people!! Paula was outstanding in every way. Very professional and friendly and engaging with all our friends and family.
She came well prepared with all her garnishes and bar tools and whipped up some pretty fantastic cocktails. It was such a nice touch for a home party and took the stress off of me as the hostess for sure. We will definitely call on Set the Bar over and over again for all our serving needs, such a treat! We used “Set the Bar” for a large wedding rehearsal dinner in our garden last August. Paula and her staff did an amazing job of attending to the bar with several very specific speciality drinks and really worked the whole event. Since I was understaffed for food service, they pitched in and got everything done without a problem and the party went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend and/or use them again for any private event.
